Having kids and pets means that your things are constantly being abused. Our furniture has made it through 22 years of kids and cats but as long overdue to be replaced. The hubby and I decided that replacing furniture while we still have any kids in the house (we still have one at home) makes absolutely no sense. So... until things in this house calm down, covering the worn out, kid and cat damagd furniture is the best option. The hubby says I'm just "spraying perfume on a turd" but I'd rather perfume the turd then have janky looking furniture. These covers are the best I've found and I am so glad to have my embarrassing furniture covered until the kids are out of the house and we can upgrade. So if you have furniture that has reached turd status, these covers are a great alternative to new furniture until you're ready to invest.
Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for this cover, but I'm happy with the results. I took a 35 year old white recliner that was soiled beyond hope and salvaged it. As you can see in the photo that rather than having a still-functional chair hauled to the dump and spending hundreds of dollars on a new and rarely-used piece of furniture, its better to spend dozens of dollars and use it for a few more years

I love this chair my daughter gave me. It is so comfortable, but the fabric was uncleanable from her kids! So I purchased this cover and it looks like new. The fabric stretches nicely so it's easy to cover the chair. It took both my husband and I to figure out how it goes on but once it's on it doesn't budge or wrinkle.
