This really is a good product - my chair was badly torn and this cover fits perfectly over it and makes it look like new and comfortable.

Covered an office chair that had the faux leather peeling off. Sized off the measurements provided and it fit perfectly. Very stretchy. Material seems relatively substantial, I am impressed. Huge improvement for the money spent.
