• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
