Returns Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
