All orders are shipped directly from Zhejiang Province, China.

Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.

• US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand: 11–17 business days
• France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands: 13–18 business days
• Norway, Sweden, UAE: 16–23 business days

Please note: The shipping times above apply to small lighting fixtures. For large lighting fixtures and custom orders, the following shipping timeline applies:

• Production Time: 3–10 business days
• Ocean Freight Transit: 3–5 weeks
• Total Door-to-Door Delivery Time: Approximately 4–6 weeks
• Carrier: Ocean freight, with final-mile delivery handled by UPS/FedEx in the destination country.
