Overview

We are dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely and efficiently. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility in Zhejiang Province, China. We do not operate local warehouses outside China at this time.

Order Processing

Available Countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Australia, United Arab Emirates, and New Zealand.

Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Order Cutoff Time: Daily 2:00 PM PST (Los Angeles Time, GMT−8). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays.

All orders are shipped directly from our main warehouse in China.

Estimated Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard international shipping to most listed countries. Total Delivery Time (TDT) = Order Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Estimated Shipping Time.

Taxes & Duties

Product prices are based on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The final checkout price already includes import duties and local taxes where required. You will not be charged additional tariffs or hidden fees upon delivery.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking: After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.

Lost Shipments: If your order remains “in transit” for more than 40 business days or is confirmed lost, contact us — we will arrange a refund or replacement after verification.

Damaged Shipments: If an item arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or full refund upon confirmation.

How long until my tracking updates?
Tracking numbers usually update within 2–5 business days after shipment. If no update after 7 days, please contact support.
Do you have local warehouses?
No. All items ship from our fulfillment center in Zhejiang, China.
What if I need faster shipping?
We currently offer standard international shipping. For urgent needs, please contact support to discuss available options.
